All information entered below will be kept strictly confidential. In the event that you become a member of the Advantage Waste Brokers scheme, you will be informed of which data will be needed to be submitted to the regulator under statute.

Please make sure all required fields ( * ) are filled in, with parts that are not relevant filled with “NA“. Similarly if you do not process any category of WEEE waste enter “ 0 ”.

We have on numerous occasions had people wishing to fill in our application form complain it is broken, this is understandable as it’s long and very specific (as this is the form supplied & required by the government for any WEEE application). We have a few pointers below as to things to watch out for so you can submit the form without any hinderances.
There is a basic indicator built onto the form section tabs to show if you’ve completed all the *required fields.
SIC code
Standard Industry Classification applicable to UK registered companies
Find your company SIC code on the Companies House website.
Simply enter your company name, then click on the corresponding number. This will display your company details.
Your companies SIC code is displayed on the left hand side of the second tan coloured box on the page containing your company’s information.
Entering numbers into boxes
Only enter numbers and one full stop to separate tonnes from kilograms; Don’t be tempted to enter words, commas or spaces. Take particular care with when entering telephone numbers not to include any spaces.
EEE Production Information
Enter the amount of Electrical & Electronic Equipment in tonnes and kilograms that your company put on the market during the previous year (Jan 1 st to Dec 31 st ) in each category for either Business to Business (B2B) or Business to Consumer (B2C) markets. Equipment that will be used by and eventually discarded by consumers will be (B2C) even if you sell equipment to a wholesaler or distributor who subsequently sells it to householders.
Every box (26 boxes) must contain a number (The weight of EEE in tonnes and Kilograms) or a 0. For your company most boxes will contain a 0 if that particular category of waste does not apply to your company.
